On a logistics shed in the Dammam Second Industrial City or a plant in Jubail, the same climate is working on every lap and fastener at the same pace: salt air on the coast, extreme heat and dust inland. When one detail fails, its neighbours are usually not far behind.
A full-roof programme surveys every failure point, prices them together and seals them in a logical sequence, zone by zone, so production, loading bays and storage keep running. The result is a roof that is watertight as a system rather than a patchwork, backed by a warranty of up to 15 years. It is also a practical alternative to re-sheeting, because the structure and sound sheets stay in place and only the vulnerable details are treated.

No. All the work is done from the roof surface, one zone at a time, so the building stays in use. We coordinate with your team on areas that need extra care, such as clean production rooms or high-value stock.
In most cases the sheets are still structurally sound and only their joints and fixings have failed, so sealing those details costs far less than stripping and re-sheeting. Where the survey finds sheets corroded beyond repair, the report says so plainly and prices replacement for those areas only.
It depends on the roof area, the number of skylights and roof units, and how many zones can be opened at once. The quotation includes a proposed programme, and the work can be phased around your peak periods.
