Why does the leak inside not line up with the damage on the roof?

Water that enters at a lap or screw can run along a purlin, a sheet rib or the insulation for several metres before it drips. That is why we map the inside first and then trace upslope on the roof.

Can you come out while the roof is actively leaking?

Yes. Send photos of the leak and the area underneath by WhatsApp to +966 54 352 0904 and we will arrange for an engineer to survey the roof. Seeing a leak in action helps confirm the source, though sealing itself needs a dry surface.

Do you also repair leaks on concrete or flat roofs?

Our specialism is industrial metal roofs, but EPDM can also be applied to the concrete and flat roof areas that many factories have next to their metal sheds. The survey covers both, and the report explains what each area needs.

Is a one-off repair enough, or do we need regular maintenance?
