Can you work inside a live plant in Jubail?
Yes. We work to the site’s permit-to-work system, attend inductions, and plan the sequence around shutdown windows and operational restrictions.
Is EPDM suitable for a petrochemical environment?
EPDM performs well against UV, heat and weathering and is used widely on industrial roofs. Where specific chemical exposure is a concern we assess it at survey stage and specify accordingly rather than assume one system fits.
Our gutters are corroded through. Do they have to be replaced?
Not always. In many cases a corroded gutter can be prepared, treated and lined in place, which avoids cutting into the roof. Where the metal is too far gone we will tell you that it needs replacing.
How long does the survey take?
Usually a single visit for most warehouse roofs. You get a written scope with photographs of each failure point.
What warranty do you give?
Up to 15 years on EPDM waterproofing systems, subject to the survey findings and the agreed scope.
