B&R Gulf's building has a long-span roof that drains into parapet gutters along the walls. Where the roof sheets meet the parapet, water sits against the joint after every rain, and the fastener rows and end laps across the slopes had started to let water through.
ETCE lined the parapet gutters with EPDM taken up the wall face and down under the roof sheets, sealed the ridge line with twin EPDM runs, closed the end laps and sealed the fastener heads across the roof. Turbine ventilator bases were flashed, and the gutters were water-tested with hoses to confirm the lining held.

Ridge caps and slope junctions covered with wide EPDM runs.
Horizontal sheet overlaps cleaned and closed with a continuous EPDM strip.

Ventilator bases flashed with EPDM shaped over the sheet ribs.
Treated zones hosed and flood-tested on site before handover.
From gutter to ridge, the roof's water paths are now sealed with one continuous membrane system, photographed and tested at handover.
