Finally, insist on a repair that matches the operating reality of the building. High-heat environments, exposed roofs, corroded steel, low-slope drainage patterns, and maintenance access constraints all change what a lasting repair looks like. The cheapest method on paper is often the most expensive once repeat leaks, call-backs, and internal damage are added up.
